How to purchase your gift voucher

We make it easy to share the Open Arms experience. Call us, email us, or visit the hotel and choose your preferred delivery method:

Digital delivery: E-gift voucher sent instantly by email — perfect for last-minute gifting.
Postal delivery: Elegantly packaged and sent directly to your door.
In-person collection: Pick up your voucher from the hotel reception.

Gift voucher policy

All vouchers purchased under our current ownership are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We honour all active vouchers in full accordance with their original terms and conditions.

Important information: vouchers from previous ownership

Following our transition to new ownership, we are unable to accept gift vouchers issued prior to our tenure. To support guests during the changeover, we honoured all legacy vouchers for a six-month grace period. As this period has now concluded, we cannot redeem or exchange any vouchers issued before the current ownership.
