Gift Voucher Policy

All vouchers purchased under the current ownership are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All active vouchers are honoured in full accordance with their original terms and conditions.

Important information: vouchers from previous ownership

Following our transition to new ownership, we are unable to accept gift vouchers issued prior to our tenure. To support guests during the changeover, we honoured all legacy vouchers for a six-month grace period. As this period has now concluded, we cannot redeem or exchange any vouchers issued before the current ownership.
