Dirleton Kirk

Standing beside the village green, surrounded by traditional stone buildings, mature trees and a peaceful churchyard, Dirleton Kirk is one of the most significant landmarks in this beautiful East Lothian village. Built in 1612, Dirleton Kirk is considered one of Scotland’s earliest post-Reformation parish churches. It replaced the older medieval church at Gullane, which had become unusable.
