Our marquee room offers a stunning and adaptable setting for weddings and private parties, seamlessly accommodating both small, intimate celebrations and larger events. The space also lends itself perfectly to corporate functions, product launches, and team-building days, up to 70 seats.
For more intimate gatherings, the Private Dining Room seats 8 and Library provide elegant surroundings for meetings, tastings, or special dining experiences, with capacity for up to 16 guests.

To secure an event booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total event value is required at the time of confirmation for full-day or evening hire.
Room Hire Charges
- Marquee: £100
- Library: £50
- Heather Room: Free
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to confirm the booking
- The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event
- Any additional costs incurred on the day must be paid in full
- No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received
- Pre-Orders & Table Plans
- Pre-oders must be submitted 14 days before the event
- A table plan must also be provided in advance
Cancellation Policy
- 50% deposit required to confirm the booking
- If the event is cancelled within 1 month of the event date, the 50% deposit is retained
- If cancelled more than 1 month in advance, the 50% deposit will be refunded
- All cancellations must be made in writing
- All prices include VAT and are subject to a 10% service charge
Amendments
- Any changes to guest numbers, timings, or event details must be confirmed in advance and may affect the final balance
